⅓ cupmini chocolate chips
save some for the top
3 Tbspchocolate syrup
plus more for the top, I used
1 ½ cupsice
fresh
¼ tspvanilla extract
cinnamon
optional
¼ tspXanthan gum
optional for added thickness
Whipped topping
or whipped cream, I used aerosol from the can
Instructions
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Start with the 1 ½ cups of ice before adding more.
Pour into cup or glass, top with whipped cream, a drizzle of more chocolate syrup and chips.
