Instructions

Step 1
Whisk the gochujang with a splash of water. Add the agave syrup, miso, peanut butter and starch in a bowl. Add the squared tofu and let it marinade.
Step 2
Scatter the polenta on a large plate so that it coats the surface. Add 1/3 of the tofu and coat. The do the rest in parts.
Step 3
Turn on the air fryer on the air fry setting and 180. Add the tofu and bake for about 13', turning the tofu half way through.
