Step 1
Peel and dice apples then add to a pan with a cup of water sugar and cook until soft . Add cinnamon and blend until soft

Separate the eggs then beat the whites with a mixer until stiff . Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla then add the milk and flour and third at a time. Mix then fold into the egg whites

Melt butter in a pan then add half of the batter cover with a lid and cook on low until you see bubbles forming. Cut it in a cross then flip it cook the other side and break into pieces . Repeat for the rest of the batter and dust with powder sugar then dunk in the apple sauce .
