Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together - apart from the salt - in a mixer stand
Step 2
Mix and knead for 10 minutes. Half way through add the salt.
Step 3
Leave to prove until it’s doubled in size. Should be around 1-1.5 hours
Step 4
Knock back. Divide into 12 Raquel dough balls in a baking tray on parchment (or grease the tray if directly on tray). Prove again for 1 hour.
Step 5
Cook at 200 for 17 minutes
Step 6
Brush with butter once cooked if you want soft rolls. Leave to cool.
