Step 1
In a large bowl, toss chicken, oil, salt, pepper, onion powder and smoked paprika until coated. In a pot, melt butter and add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Thread chicken on skewes (5-6 pieces) and then brush generously with garlic butter. Bake in oven brushing with garlic marinade every 8 minutes for 20 minutes .
