Alfredo Blanco Soup

This is what I would start with. Since I didn’t taste the original….this is a guess.

Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onion & garlic in heavy pot until brown
Step 2
Add chopped vegetables for 2 minutes
Step 3
Add water, lemon juice, pasta, chicken base and chicken.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and cook 6 minutes on high
Step 5
Reduce heat and add Alfredo sauce, cream and parm cheese.
Step 6
Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit covered for flavors to mellow.
