Step 1
-preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper -in a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients for the dough and mix well until it’s well incorporated (I used
my hands to knead the dough well- if the dough is too sticky, add 1 tbsp of flour at a time until it’s JUST not sticky anymore) -roll out your dough on a lightly floured surface and place on baking sheet -prepare the garlic butter by combining butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and mix until well incorporated -spread on top of uncooked dough -top with cheddar and mozzarella -bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted and the edges are golden brown -there will be liquid around the bread when you pull it from the oven so just soak it up with a paper towel
