Step 1
Beat gelatin, eggs & cold water until well mixed. Add mix & beat until smooth. Add oil & beat until smooth.
Step 2
Pour batter into PAM sprayed & floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°, 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 3
Glaze - Mix 2 c. powdered sugar, sifted, & juice of 2 lemons (4T.) Let cake stand 10 min. then pierce with fork all over top. Brush glaze over.
