Step 1
Wash the peach and cut into slices. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan and then add the peach slices. Add the teaspoon of sugar and let the peach slices caramelize. Set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, spread a tablespoon of pesto on 2 slices of bread. Place a burrata on each. Then place the peach pieces on top and garnish with chilli flakes and a little balsamic cream.
