Instructions
Step 1
Heat a small amount of oil in a pen. Sautée the onion for a about 3-5 minutes, and then add the minced ginger. Sautée for a few money minutes until the onion is brown and your kitchen is full of ginger scent.
Step 2
Add coconut cream, and mix.
Step 3
Add curry powder, cumin, nutmeg and pepper. Add a splash of lemon and mix.
Step 4
Keep cooking on low heat for few minutes, and taste, adjus the seasoning to your flavor.
Step 5
Add the noodles or spaghetti and coat it well with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
