When you're low on cash, heres a great way to make some smackin spaghetti

Spaghetti
enough for two servings
250gbeef mince
2tomatoes
beef stock cube
onion
tomato paste
italian herbs
garlic
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Cut up as many onions you want (i usually use 1/4 of an onion) and fry until it slightly changes colour, then add the beef mince and fry on a low heat until barely cooked. While this is going, boil the spaghetti with a generous helping of salt in the water

Step 2
Mush up the tomatoes and add it to the beef mince. Use a food processor if you're fancy, but for those dont have one, boil the tomatoes until their skins crack open. Take them off the heat be sure to cool them down, boiled tomatoes are really hot. Remove the skins and cut them into fine pieces.

Let the tomato and beef mixture simmer for a bit over a low heat. In the meantime, dissolve the stock cube in about 20ml of boiling water.

Step 4
Add the stock mixture to the simmering beef and, while stirring, add a small packet of tomato paste, making sure its mixed in well. Add a lot of italian herbs and some salt and garlic to taste.

Adjust the recipe to your taste. If the mixture is too acidic, add a bit of sugar or tomato sauce to cancel it out. For a creamier sauce, add a bit of milk.
