2 Tbspall-purpose flour

3 cupschicken broth

1 cuphalf-and-half

1rotisserie chicken
whole, skin removed, meat pulled off bones and chopped

2 x 15 ozcans white kidney beans
rinsed and drained

1 x 11 ozcan white corn
drained

2 x 4 ozcans chopped green chilies
undrained

2 Tbspdried minced onion flakes

2 tspcumin

1 tspchili powder

1 lbbacon
cooked and chopped

1 x 1 ozranch dressing mix

2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Step 1
In a Dutch oven melt butter and stir in flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and half-and-half. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, until thickened.

Add remaining and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Do not make the ranch dressing. Use the packet dry.

Can reduce the amount of ranch dressing mix to your personal preference.
