Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven

Step 2
Sift the flour and icing sugar together, cut butter into small cubes and rub in with fingertips until mixture forms a dough





Step 3
Press dough into a greased 23x32cm swiss roll pan and prick the surface all over with a fork


Step 4
Bake in the oven at 150c for 45mins

Step 5
Reduce heat to 140c and bake for another 20mins

Step 6
Remove from oven and sprinkle caster sugar all over them in the pan
