Instructions
Grilled vegetables
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms, dice the onion and finely chop the parsley.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Sauté for approx. 2 mins.
Step 3
Add the onion and spices and fry again for 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are golden brown.
Tuna filling
Step 4
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Tuna panini
Step 5
Cut the panini in half and spread the two inner sides with a little butter.
Step 6
Cover the bottom half with the tuna filling and vegetables.
Step 7
Then grate the Parmesan over it.
Step 8
Finally, place the other half of the panini on top
Step 9
Heat the butter in the same pan in which the vegetables were fried. Add the panini and fry for approx. 2 mins. on each side until crispy and golden brown.
