Step 1
To make the tuna patty, combine the tuna, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, green onion, all the seasonings, capers, and flour. Mix together until everything is thoroughly incorporated.
Step 2
Form a patty using your hand, and add to a medium-high heat pan coated with olive oil. Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip. Season with flakey salt(optionally), and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
To make the sauce, in a bowl, stir together the yogurt and the chopped cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Apply half of your sauce to the bottom (toasted) bun. Add your tuna patty, top with your (salted) tomato and cucumber slices, and finish with the remaining half of your sauce. Add the toasted top bun.
