Step 1
Cut eggplant into cubes
Step 2
Preheat pan or wok over medium heat and add oil

Mix soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl on the side.

Add sauce to the eggplant in the wok, let it soak, and cook for a couple minutes.
