Crockpot Potato Soup

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients except the cream cheese, bacon pieces, and shredded cheese.
Step 2
Mix well and cook on LOW in crockpot for 6-8 hours.
Step 3
Add the cream cheese and 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese and bacon pieces.
Step 4
Mix together and continue to cook for 30 min.
Step 5
Stir well until soup is smooth.
Step 6
Spoon into bowls and top with cheese and chives.
Step 7
