Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees fan.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out as many little men as possible using a man-shaped cookie cutter.
Step 3
Spread half of the little men with a little strawberry jam.
Step 4
Place the other half on top of the jam men.
Step 5
Place the little men on a baking tray and brush with the egg.
Step 6
Bake the puff pastry for approx. 13-18 mins. until the mummies are crispy and golden brown.
Step 7
In the meantime, melt 1/3 of the white chocolate and pour into a piping bag.
Step 8
Pipe small circles with a diameter of approx. 2 mm onto a small piece of baking paper. Then chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Now melt the milk chocolate and use a piping bag or a toothpick to pipe or paint even smaller circles in the middle of the white chocolate circles to create eyes.
Step 10
Leave the puff pastry mummies to cool completely.
Step 11
Melt the remaining white chocolate and place in a piping bag. Then pipe the chocolate in lines over the puff pastry mummies.
Step 12
Finally, place 2 eyes on each mummy.
