Instructions
Step 1
Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt to boiling water, then blanch the spinach for 1-2 minutes, starting from the root end. (Tip: Adding salt helps the spinach retain its bright color.)

Drain the spinach and rinse it in cold water. Lightly squeeze out the excess water.

Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the spinach with 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions. Toss well.
