Instructions

Step 1
Clean and boil bean sprouts in boiling water for a few minutes until fully cooked, remove from the water to drain.
Step 2
Make side dish sauce with freshly minced garlic, ginger, light soy sauce, dark vinegar, sugar, chicken powder, sesame oil, chili sauce and hot water. Whisky till the flavor is to your liking.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over cooked bean sprouts, mix well and serve cold.
