I’m obsessed with Chinese food at the moment so I made the nations favourite Crispy chilli beef but served on a flatbread instead of rice and my GOD it was good!!! 😩

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Tenderise the steak then slice into thin strips. Dip into whisked egg then the cornflour, place in the air fryer, spray with low calorie spray and cook on 200C for 12-14 mins. A few minutes before the beef is cooked add the sliced peppers to a pan.
Step 2
Spray some low calorie spray if needed and fry for a few mins to soften. Pour in the sauce and cook on high for 30 seconds or until the sauce starts to bubble then stir in the beef strips. Serve on a warmed/toasted flatbread with diced spring onions, red chilli and optimal drizzle of siracha!
