Protein Quinoa Breakfast Bake

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking dish.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine honey with protein powder, milk and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Add quinoa, chia seeds, bananas, oil, baking powder, cinnamon and salt to the baking dish. Pour over the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
Step 4
Gently fold in the berries.
Step 5
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until quinoa is golden brown and the centre is cooked through.
Step 6
Remove from the oven, allow to cool and then divide into 4 serves. Store leftovers in the fridge and serve warmed with 100 gms of yoghurt.
