Step 1
Make sure you saute the chicken through the garlic, bayleaf and peppers first, add the soysauce, water. let the chicken cook and add the vinegar. Leave for 5 minutes on medium heat..add your brown sugar.. cook for another 15 minutes in low heat. And your all set.
