Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven for 375°.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast and honey. Stir lightly and let sit for 5-10 minutes until it bubbles/becomes frothy.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, whiskey together flour, salt and oil.
Step 4
Add yeast mix into bowl and mix well.
Step 5
Turn the dough onto a lightly floored surface and knead about 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Step 6
Shape into 12 ball shapes and place them onto a greased 9x13 baking dish or on a sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Cover the shaped rolls with melted butter before placing in the oven.
Step 8
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Step 9
Brush the tops on the baked rolls with remaining butter while they're still warm.
