Instructions

Step 1
- Pre-heat the oven to 180c

- Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy

- Slowly add in the eggs and the mashed bananas and combine them well

- Mix the flour, salt and the baking powder in a separate bowl and soft into the mix.

- Add vanilla extract

- Mix well until combined fully, however do not over-mix it!

- Pour into greased loaf pan

- Decorate the top (idea; two halves of banana and some nuts like in the video)§

- Bake for about 55-60 minutes until a skewer comes out clean!

- Feel free to use a variety of nuts; hazelnuts, walnuts, pecan nuts work very well!

- I used some of my salted caramel sauce to serve with it
