Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Place in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are soft. usually around 20 minutes
Step 2
Drain the water and mash the potatoes with the cream / milk, salt, pepper and butter. You can add half a cup of grated cheese at this point as well if you want to.
Step 3
Add the frozen peas into a small pot and add 1 tablespoon of butter. cook for 5 minutes or until the butter has been bubbling for 2 minutes. Peas cook really quickly. Salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
Fry the wors on medium-high heat for around 10 minutes flipping occasionally. Wors should be slightly pink in the middle. Remove from pan and allow to cool slightly
Step 5
Add a little more oil to the same pan and add the flour; cook the flour until dark brown, but take care; it can burn quickly. You need it to get really dark brown. Add water slowly and stir continuously until desired consistency is reached. Add a generous helping of salt and pepper and remove from stove
