Instructions

Step 1
Heat skillet over medium high heat before adding chicken breasts. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes each side.
Step 2
Once chicken is fully cooked, remove from skillet and add cream cheese, enchilada sauce, corn, beans and hot sauce
Step 3
Begin shredding chicken with a fork while everything cooks down in the skillet.
Step 4
Add shredded chicken and shredded cheese, mix well until everything is melted.
