Step 1
Add onion and ginger, with water, to a blender until pureed .


Step 2
Add to a large pot, and turn on the heat.

Add zucchini & broccoli, with water, to a blender until pureed.

Add to the pot.

Add spinach & parsley, with water, to a blender until combined.

Add to the pot.

Stir in miso, salt, cumin & turmeric to the pot

Simmer until veggies are cooked (a few minutes)

Turn off the heat.

Add oil, lemon juice & cilantro & garlic, and let infuse for several minutes
