Yummy Soup
1. Roast veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper
2. Quick roast onion, chickpeas, and garlic in pan and then add it to broth
3. Add arugula, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper, celery, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil to pot of water to simmer and make the broth. Use 3 liters of water. Put arugula in later so it won’t wilt?
4. Add roasted veggies, chickpeas to broth. Cover and season to taste.
