This is a quick fix breakfast starter. It is a terrific and healthful replacement for conventional oatmeal porridge, full of omega-3 fatty acids and natural plant fibers (hence its slightly glutinous nature).

Step 1
Place the chia seeds in a small breakfast bowl.

Bring water to a boil and pour over the seeds. Let stand for a few minutes until it thickens.
