Step 1

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients ingredients and mix them with the dry.

Step 2

Once you have a smooth batter, preheat the waffle maker and brush it with some oil. Pour half of the waffle batter and cook for 5-7 mins until cooked through.

Step 3

Mix the double cream with vanilla essence. Top the waffles with the cream, cherry compote, ice cream and drizzle chocolate sauce all over.
