Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combine shrimp, chicken and Creole Seasoning work well
Step 2
In a large pan, heat oil over high heat with pepper and celery
Step 3
Add garlic, tomatoes, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to pot
Step 4
Stir in rice them slowly add stock while continuing to stir
Step 5
Lower heat to medium and simmer until rice absorbs liquid and is tender
Step 6
Add shrimp and chicken mixture and sausage cook until meat is done
Step 7
Season to taste with salt, pepper and Creole Seasoning
