Dice the Apples into small cubes (quicker cooking, easier placement) and out aside. Place small pot on stove on a low heat and add brown sugar, raw sugar and water to start heating. (Keep an eye on the mixture as it is easy to burn if left too long/too high of a temperature)

Putting sliced bread aside, place the rest of the FRENCH TOAST ingredients in a bowl and whisk/beat egg mixture until combined. Check apples and turn down to a low temperature once water has boiled out through the steam and a syrup starts forming. Once your apples are soft and a syrup has formed, turn the heat off.

Grab your electric egg beater/protein shaker/whisk/etc and place cream filling ingredients into a bowl (or your protein shaker). Beat/shake until desired consistency. Place in fridge to keep cool.

Place pan on stove to heat, adding butter to grease the pan. Place egg mixture into a square dish or baking tray with sides, grab a slice of bread and coat each side, allowing some of the mixture to soak into the bread, before placing in the heated pan. Cook for a few minutes each side (until nice and brown), and repeat the bread coating + frying process until all slices are done.
