Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion, carrots, broccoli stems and garlic and saute until soft
Step 2
add 1 tbsp flour and let cook
Step 3
add the water, veggie cube, and lentils and let cook for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime cut the broccoli head into bite sized pieces
Step 4
add the cut broccoli and season with salt and pepper
Step 5
turn off heat and add dry yeast and cheese to taste (optionally cream can also be added)
