Step 1
Warm a chicken Broth.
Main
Step 2
Add a tbsp of butter to a pan and raise to a medium heat.
Step 3
Add a diced onion and cook till translucent.
Step 4
Add two diced chicken breasts, diced butternut squash and diced sundried tomatoes to the pan.
Step 5
Add Garlic, salt and ground pepper.
Step 6
Add 120g of Kasza and mix until even.
Step 7
Once the chicken is cooked, add broth to the main pan.
Step 8
Simmer for 10 minutes, serve garnished with chopped arugula.
