Instructions

Step 1
Use whatever kind of tortilla you want

Mix all ingredients together - including shredded chicken.
Step 3
Warm up the tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Step 4
Take 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and put it in the middle of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
Step 5
Take a toothpick and insert in so it doesn’t unroll. Warm up some oil in a skillet and fry each side for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Drain on a paper towel lined plate. Serve warm with sour cream or salsa.
