Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion and celery.
Step 2
Boil chicken with onion, pepper, garlic and celery. Shred chicken. (If prepping bag chicken with onion & celery, discard liquid). Place cheese in bag with chicken. Freeze flat.
Step 3
If prepped, thaw chicken & cheese.
Step 4
Mix cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth and cook on medium heat.
Step 5
Add chicken and all other ingredients (do not drain any cans). Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 30 minutes.
