Instructions
Step 1
Sauté veggies in butter and olive oil over medium until soft.
Step 2
Add chicken broth and seasonings to pot. Bring to a boil. Add chicken breasts. Boil until tender.
Step 3
Remove chicken, shred, add back to pot. Bring back to a boil. Add egg noodles. Boil 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add a cornstarch slurry. Boil. Add milk. Simmer. Taste, adjust seasoning. Serve.
