Chicken coating

2chicken breasts

1 Tbspsmoked paprika

1 Tbsprosemary

1 Tbspcajun seasoning

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbsponion powder

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta with some salt.
Step 2
Wash and dry your chicken, and cut them into long but thin strips.
Step 3
Coat chicken in all the spices and oil.
Step 4
Put your chicken in a hot pan and cook for about 15 minutes (should reach temp of 165)
Step 5
Set chicken aside, and in the same pan cook the peppers, onions and tomato paste. Keep a higher heat.
Step 6
Add in the half and half and season with the other spices. Let them thicken and add some parmesan near the end and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Combine it all and top with fresh parsley if you'd like! Enjoy.
