Ingredients
4 servings
500 gmChicken breast
Onion
medium sized
1tomato
2 tblspnGinger garlic paste
salt
to taste
0.5 teaspnTurmeric powder
2 tblspnCurry powder
1 tblpsnChicken masala
1 handfulCoriander
chopped
0.5 teaspnMustard
1 sprigcurry leaves
2 tblspnOil

Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken breast. Mix baking soda and set aside
Step 2
Chop onions and tomatoes finely
Step 3
Heat a pan and add oil to it
Step 4
Add mustard and allow it to splutter.
Step 5
Add the chopped onions and salt. Saute for 5 mins
Step 6
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 mins
Step 7
Add tomato and cook until oil oozes out
Step 8
Add turmeric, curry powder & chicken masala powder and mix it
Step 9
Add chicken breast and mix together
Step 10
Add 0.5 cup water and pressure cook for one whistle
Step 11
Grind all the ingredients together under the paste
Step 12
Once the pressure is released, add the paste to the chicken and cook for 5 mins
Step 13
Sprinkle chopped coriander and turn off the flame
