Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish (about 8x8 inches or similar) with cooking spray or a little olive oil.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, and green onions (if using). Season with salt and pepper. If you’re adding any vegetables, mix them in as well.
