The most comforting dishes are often the easiest to make, this one starts with golden and jammy caramelised onions which pairs with the creamy butter bean for filling mid-week meal 😋.

Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the onions, then fry low and slow until they start to brown and caramelise.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms and let them fry off for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the stock, finely chopped parsley, nutritional yeast, and beans, then simmer to reduce.
Step 4
Add plenty of salt n pepper, then finish off by stirring in the cream before simmering again.
Step 5
Garnish with more parsley, cream, olive oil, and chili oil, then serve with some nice bread and enjoy.
