Camping Mac & Cheese with Broccoli and Carrots (6 ingredients, 1 pan, pretty easy to make in under 20 minutes)
6 steps
Prep:2minCook:18min
This is a recipe I created while camping. It takes the "blue box" Mac & Cheese and elevates it to a much healthier one-pan meal with a more grown-up feel. Kids should still like it, too.
It's pretty simple, but you do have to keep stirring throughout our it will burn and stick to the pan. It also requires an ice chest to keep the dairy items and broccoli cold, but this also allows the frozen broccoli to thaw naturally.
