Instructions

Step 1
Heat fat in medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Sprinkle tapioca starch over fat and whisk vigorously until smooth.
Step 2
Cook for 1 minute, whisking constantly. Mixture should be golden and bubbling.
Step 3
Slowly pour in warm stock while whisking constantly. Mixture will become slightly grainy and clumpy. Keep whisking until very smooth.
Step 4
Cook gravy for 2 to 4 minutes until thickened, whisking regularly. Add coconut aminos and poultry seasoning. If necessary, add more salt and pepper to taste.
