Instructions
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp & crumble.
Step 2
Add onion and saute 2-3 minutes. Pour off fat.
Step 3
Add potatoes and water to a stock pot and bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Step 4
Add bacon & onions along with salt, pepper & parsley.
Step 5
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Step 6
Gradually add milk
Step 7
Heat to serving temperature, DO NOT BOIL.
