Instructions: -Preheat your broiler on high heat. ⁃In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil,yogurt, and seasonings -Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated -Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece -Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet and place it under the broiler. -Broil the chicken skewers for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip them over using tongs. -Continue to broil for another 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly. -Once done, remove the skewers from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving -Brush garlic parmesan sauce over chicken skewers evenly until fully coated and enjoy!
