Simple Vegan Country Style Steaks

Instructions
Step 1
Combine meat, breadcrumbs, and all seasonings listed above. Form meat mixture into meatballs or steaks then let sit on a pan with parchment in the freezer.
Step 2
Create a roux by melting butter, then whisking in flour until it creates a paste
Step 3
Season the roux with all seasonings listed above, add a splash of water, whisk, then add 2 cups milk
Step 4
Let the gravy sit on medium low till it thickens
Step 5
Take out your meatballs/steaks and pan fry, after they’re done pour your gravy over and let sit for about 5-10 min
Step 6
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and enjoy!
