Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a shallow dish, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken tender into the honey-soy mixture, ensuring it's fully coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
Step 6
Bake for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
Step 7
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
