Step 1
Season the condensed spicy tomato soup with salt, pepper, parsley and basil. Bring to a low simmer. Prepare 2 grilled cheese sandwiches by buttering one side of each piece of bread. Place the bread with buttered sides facing together and then add American Cheese, Jalapenos, and Pepper jack Cheese in that order.
Step 2
Add milk to the condensed spicy tomato soup and bring to a simmer and then turn off the burner. At the same time place Grilled Cheeses in the preheated pan, ensuring the buttered sides of the bread are on the outside.
Step 3
Ensure to monitor the grilled cheeses and flip when one side is browned to your taste. Grilled cheeses are finished when both sides are browned to your taste. The soup can be taken off the burner when it is heated to the point it begins to bubble.
