For the matcha mixture
90gpowdered pistachios
200gdigestive biscuits
300mlsweetened condensed milk
1 tspvanilla matcha powder
60mlwater
warm
1 tsppistachio flavoring
For the coating
Instructions
Step 1
Start by blending the pistachios into a fine powder, then do the same with the biscuits. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, sift the matcha powder and add hot (but not boiling) water. Whisk well, ideally using a matcha whisk, until the powder is fully dissolved. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the pistachio powder, biscuit powder, sweetened condensed milk, matcha mixture, and pistachio flavoring.
Step 4
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes so it firms up, making it easier to work with.
Step 5
Shape the mixture into small balls of your desired size and place them on a clean surface.
Step 6
Melt 200g of white chocolate with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Step 7
Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
Step 8
Place the coated balls on a wire rack to let the chocolate set, or on parchment paper.
Step 9
Decorate with thin drizzles of white chocolate and rose petals on top, and they’re ready!
